Floor Tiling
Nightmare experience. Job was not completed. The floor was done with a really poor quality: - using 5mm spacers although in the tiles manual recommended 2mm spacers, so no alignment at all; - did not follow the tiles pattern so the mass of different size tiles on the floor; - put the tiles behind the power wire on the wall; - did something wrong with adhesive so the tiles drowned in it; - cut heating wire in 2 places and covered by tiles(and did not inform us); - heating wires were crossed under tiles, which is dangerous. Mo agreed with me that the work was done with inappropriate quality, said he will redo everything, but when I went upstairs, he simply ran away. I paid most of money in advanced as Mo insisted. He sent me email explaining he is unable complete the job, but will pay me back part of money. However he didn't. I strongly do not recommend using Mo's service.

E & M Property SolutionsI strongly disagree with these comments.dmitry first off did not informe wich pattern he wanted to use.i used my imitative and used one of 4 patterns. I changed adhesive half way as local stores did not stock the adhesive I wanted.the adhesive was rubbish..when I came back his wife had her say and wanted me to take up all the tiles and redo the job and my cost.this was not mentioned.i told them.incould not do as I had work booked.they paid me for my days there and also paid to remove kitchen and clearance.there is no money owed on my side.as they were not going to pay for my work to redo the job I walked away from the job not run away please sate the truth.no organisation no communication from these tenants.the wires were cut accidentally wich happens and I offered to rectify it but he had an electrician come and do the work when I offered to reimburse he declined.
Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
I needed this job done as soon as possible, a price was agreed and Mo came and did a professional job. He was on time and tidied up after himself. I would recommend Mo and use his services again.
