He demanded all the money upfront, did part of the job but none of the work was done to a good standard. Then I had a pest issue in the bathroom so had to get insurance company involved. The tradesman started talking badly about me and my home to some of the people insurance company had sent and talking down to me too. So I'm now only left with a temporary toilet, no sink, unfinished tiling bathtub unfinished, no panel to the side of bathtub, flooring not changed. I'm glad I saw other reviews on this page with similar issues as clearly I'm not the only one. He just turns up at the door almost desperate to have the job, demands all the money upfront which I've been told should never be done. Workmanship not to standard. He's even lost or taken my new plughole with chain, lost the bathroom tap temperature colour bit. I decided to go with him as he had mostly good reviews at the time but sadly, I've only just seen the bad reviews. He did make numerous excuses to come to do the work too. I would not recommend this tradesman.

This tradesman has taken the money and not finished the job. He has made excuse after excuse not to finish the job - DO NOT USE

DW SERVICESThe balance of work was added and timeline are reasonable as i left all faculties on test and working due to previous poor workmanship organised by the landlord. The Landlord is not reputable left the client with no bathing still no cold tap working and wont except additional costs after agreeing . Would not except responsibility for rubbish and tenants often called the landlord a cheep as possible landlord . Threatened me with bad reviews . I should not have to bend over sewage to tile . And felt responsible for tenant not having cold water . I'm the second tradesman to have walked .

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
This trader has an outstanding court order against him for the return of a deposit of over £4,500 that I paid him in good faith well over a year ago. He has done zero work on the job. Once he got the deposit, he made excuses to delay and then refused to repay anything back or do the work. In August 2023 a judge ordered that he should repay all the money deposited immediately, and I am still fighting to get it returned. Please stay away from this trader.

DW SERVICESWhen clients cancel after taking 6 months to come back to order. We are talking materials purchased stuck. I my possession.. No mediation on costs just another abuse of trade man's time straight to court. Take costs away from deposits effort and time lost. the courts don't guarantee anything. Why didn't you just listen.
