Arrived very early which happened to be ok. Completed the job which I could agree was awkward, good humouredly and for the pre- agreed price. Not charging more for perhaps taking longer than expected or for a new part. Very satisfied.

David Durand came back to me in a timely way, arrived promptly to do the job and charged exactly what he had quoted. He also talked me through what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it, and was polite and helpful throughout.
