About
A mature competent tradesman that has been actively involved in construction, building maintenance and repairs over a period of 30+ year’s. My accreditation’s includes an Indentured apprenticeship as a bricklayer(advanced craft certification) up to CIOB Site management Diploma certification. I also undertake Lecturing at a local Construction college in Wolverhampton in addition to Assessing apprentices on site.
Over the last 12 years I have been working in the education sector and have recently started to take on Domestic based building and maintenance jobs on private properties, carrying out a wide range of home improvement activities ranging from building new extensions to small repairs and handyman tasks when required.
My main skills are bricklaying, plastering, tiling, painting decorating, general plumbing / general carpentry. The aforementioned and small/minor works are also considered within a 30 mile radius.
