Replace Flat Felt Roof on Garage
The workmanship of DRG Roofing Solutions was acceptable (if monitored closely) but their (if monitored closely) but the after sales is appalling. Tried numerous times to contact by phone, email and texts to request outstanding 20 year warranty certificate and confirmation receipt of paid in full, but all ignored. Also included a complaint of leaking rain to the part of the new roof adjoining an existing roof which they agreed to seal as part of the original scope of work. It is a shame for this company as they responded very quickly and made a reasonable job at a reasonable price but they are severely let down in their inability to reply to my contact messages and communicate. Also they don't turn up on the day they promise or have the decency to notify you of a "No Show". I did recommend them to a neighbour very soon after they had started my job but now totally regret doing so and will never recommend them again to anyone. My neighbour has paid them a deposit and they didn't turn up on the promised day and again no contact to advise why not.
