Annual gas safety inspection for rentals
Dave came out to three different tenanted properties all the same evening and did the gas safe checks on the boilers. He has been easy to communicate with and I would recommend him to others.

Top marks to David Coles for an excellent Job which completed on time, very fair with the pricing and was spot on with his timing, he was very friendly and courteous. It’s a shame that I cannot give 10 stars. Highly recommend David, great guy.
