Repair Flashing on Bungalow Roof
Not the worst but not the best. Quote agreed but when the job was started finding more faults. I guess partly my fault for going with the first quote I received. The 2 roofers that actually did the job were polite and did appear to constantly work. I will have to clean some of the black stuff on cladding where flashing was coated but can't stand the hassle of calling back just for that

Dj’s Property MaintenanceIf this lady would have rang I would have sorted any queries she had As for finding more faults ????? All I did was point out that there was More damage in a different area of the roof Also explained that if she wanted it sorted we could do it If not there’s no problem Also fitted the job in over a bank holiday weekend Worked in the rain all day Saturday and Finished on bank holiday Monday Let my family down to fit her coz she wanted it done asap So much for trying to help some one out ??????
Minor Repointing and Gutter Cleaning
Jim and Wes came to finish my gutter clearing and gable repairing. They did the job but they did not clean the gutter with water.

Bungalow Facia Renovation
I found Dj's Property Maintenance to be efficient with excellent workmanship. Very impressed with their work so added the replacement of all soffits and roof boards. House now looks like new again. They earned my recommendation.
