Bradley had, by far, the most reasonable quote and was able to commit to a date the same week. Once on site, he (and his son) were very efficient in getting the old fences down and new ones in. I had asked him to reuse some of the existing fences and Bradley took care to remove them intact so they can be reused. Overall, very pleased with the work and the price - would definitely recommend!

Roof Conversion
Bradley's business partner, Dave, came and he was GREAT!! Dave was very thorough and informative about the GRP roof that I had selected. The price given was competitive and fair. They are flexible and punctual - another bonus! I would happily recommend 'Priority Property Maintenance'. Thank you for my new roof! (PS It's Bradley's birthday on 23rd November & he like cream and jam - just in case you book him around then...!)
