Install RSJ Beam in Roof Void
From the moment I made contact with Mr Rose he was very likeable, approachable, and with many years experience very knowledgeable and really willing to help. I explained what was required and he came up with a plan of action. He costed everything and tried his best to keep the cost down as the job became much more complicated. He organised the steelworks, hiab and scaffolding and started the job within a couple of days which we thought was exceptional. His son Alex assisted and was brilliant and also a very nice guy, clearing up as he went and always leaving the job tidy at the end of each day. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, if anyone is thinking of having any building work done, these are the guys for you.

Kitchen and Utility Room Remodel
Set amiable but not as projected had expected trades for each aspect of the job but was but only a two man band Job over ran by weeks due to constantly leaving site or sitting in van Although job eventually completed couldn’t recommend this company

Concrete Base
Howard was very knowledgable and responsive to the request. He talked me through the options When he came to view the job and then quickly came back with a reasonable price. The price charged was exactly what I’d been quoted and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Everything was left very tidy. I was also pleased to use Howard’s team to do a further electrics job which was also carried out well. I would definitely recommend.

Well informed, focused on the task and it was completed in a timely manner both thoroughly and to a good standard. I would have no hesitation in using the Design and Build again.
