I am a professional tape&jointer, painter, plasterer and I worked in Paris 5 years after based in London and still working more 4 years with interior reparation of walls and ceiling’s. I’m working on a high level quality and at the moment can work on weekends . I can make a consultation in the work days and start working after 6 in a work days if urgently needed but I prefer working on weekends.

Internal Painting & Decorating
We hired Denis to re plaster and paint one of our bedrooms and were very impressed with his work ethic and the quality of his workmanship. Denis responded to our query on ‘My Job Quote’ within an hour of the posting and started work the following evening. Denis has worked hard each evening, he was professional, polite, clean, and regularly checked in with us on his progress and we are really pleased with the results. We would certainly recommend Denis’ services and will be hiring him in future when we need further work done.

Plaster Skimming
I’m not sure why Denis messaged me several times wanting to do this job for me. He come on a Saturday to start but only spent a few hours, then on the Sunday, 2hrs, not a full weekend, as stated in his bio. To begin he said he didn’t need to view the job to give a quote but when he come there were parts of it that he couldn’t complete. I kept having to say what i wanted doing, i wanted my window sill made good, he done the top but not the front so i had to keep going over what should have been obvious. He cancelled twice, the day before he was due to come, very annoying. His last day doing the job, he filled a crack in the wall & told me to sand & paint it myself, I’d paid him to do that. As i say, not too sure why he accepted the job I wouldn’t recommend.

DenisDear Lyndsey, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. I truly tried my hardest to fulfil your requests to the best of my ability. This particular job required me to come on several occasions as the plaster needed time to dry in order for me to proceed with the next steps in finishing the walls, so there was no need for me to spend the whole day on each single process. All of the steps required for this job were previously communicated and agreed with you before the start of the work process. As after I started the job, you postponed the process by a week, I had to reschedule some of my work appointments and unfortunately on one occasion I had to ask you to change the date of my next visit, which I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The initial request was to repair and finish one single wall which was completed as agreed. During the process you kept adding other things that you wanted to get done such as filling extra gaps, removing tiles, sanding pipes etc, which I tried to accommodate as much as I could. But as there is a specific time period allocated for the completion of each project, unfortunately I could not keep coming back to complete your additional requests. All of the costs and time frames for each extra process was clearly discussed and agreed beforehand. There was no extra charge for sanding and painting the crack in the wall. Again, I am very sorry for your negative experience and I will use your feedback to improve and offer the best quality services to my customers. Best wishes, Denis
