Job was reroof conservatory plus gutters and drain pipes and install vellux window and repoint chimney .Plus points -Arrived on time at 8am with 5 lads ,roof was completed by 2.30pm,roof looks good from outside and has showen no leaks , new velux window was installed .two lads came back the following day for an hour and a half to repoint the chimney . Bad points - the inside of the vellux window was not finished and had a big gap .Dan told me after that he didnt do inside the ceiling he only did the outside .I had to then get plasterer in to finish the inside off .the plaster charged £230 to put a framework in and plaster the surounding area .It looks ok now that the plaster has finished .I was very dissapointed that the vellux window wasnt finished off inside and feel that i should have been made aware that the inside was not included in the price . the reason i picked dan was because i thought the job would have takedn 2 days ,but because i had to wait for the plaster to fit me in ,i have been anxious for 3 weeks because of this . please be clear about what you expect from this firm before you employ them .

This is a very unfair point to make you never mentioned the glass roof in your review which was safely removed by us in order to put the window were you wanted it as mentioned we are not plasters there will Always be snags inside the ceiling when installing a velux very disappointed in this comment Regards

Dan was the best quote and everything went well. Ordered the skip and scaffolding and items for roof and kept me informed when everything was coming. Have had rain and no leaks so a good job has been done. Would recommend him and his team of lads.

Dan was quick to quote for resolving a displaced Ridge tile issue on my roof and also was able to fit me with very little notice between his jobs. When I spoke with him, he seemed very knowledgeable in the trade and I'm grateful that he carried out the work quickly without any issues, especially before the heavy downpour just days later. Would highly recommend them and would call them out for work in the future.
