Had virtually given up getting a plumber in before Xmas when Paul made contact. He came next day to fix our leaky loo. Explained what he would do, replaced some components with stronger ones, gave advice and charged a fair price for the work he put in. Highly delighted and would call him again and recommend to anyone.
