Formed in 2008, D+S Builders has many years of experience in the building contractors trade, and provides building services to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Nanpean (St. Austell). No job too small and free estimates are offered.
The business supplies various building materials, including personal preferences. Tailored to requirements, the products are particularly suitable for the home or office and can keep costs down. The products are available from respected suppliers. All rubbish is cleared from site on completion and left tidy.
The company is managed by David who has been focusing on the Building Contractors trade for many years. Having previously worked for many contractors and has references to support this, David is more than able to run the company.

Underpinning / Foundation
Despite problems with access (not of their making) I am delighted with the standard of work carried out, albeit in very wet conditions. I will certainly use them again.

Roof Repair
The job was completed in good time Dave explained what was needed and got his quote to me straight away. The work has been completed the roof is now water tight, and the area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend Dave
