Formed in 2008, D+S Builders has many years of experience in the building contractors trade, and provides building services to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Nanpean (St. Austell). No job too small and free estimates are offered.
The business supplies various building materials, including personal preferences. Tailored to requirements, the products are particularly suitable for the home or office and can keep costs down. The products are available from respected suppliers. All rubbish is cleared from site on completion and left tidy.
The company is managed by David who has been focusing on the Building Contractors trade for many years. Having previously worked for many contractors and has references to support this, David is more than able to run the company.

Flat Roof
Started work on Sunday at 10.30am finished at 4pm I transferred the amount of £535 to his account the same evening on Monday morning it had been raining and on top of the roof there was a few puddles of water laying the water was not running off as it should have, I contacted him about it and he said he would come back to correct it he never came so I rang him and he said he would come the weekend, never came, I rang him again and he said he would come ASAP never came keeps giving me excuses he said he would come this weekend never did, I will not contact him again but I think he has got the felt facing the wrong way. Thank you

Internal Renovation / Reconfiguration
They have been ongoing since July and still have not finished. I have paid along the way as agreed. The whole of the plastering has not been done to standard or the plumbing. They have damaged my wood flooring and have not fitted my patio properly. I have highlighted to them the problems. They have redone the work but still not good. I have had another 2 traders in and they say the work is awful. I have paid nearly £20,000!! I have asked for a refund for some of the work. I have had to live with my children through all this stress. I feel very disappointed.

D and S Buildersi am disapointed as well it has cost me 4000 on the work also 3050 for patio not paid. we have tried to re do anything needed and you ended up saying not to do them i even got a private firm in to do bits but you would not let me.took solong there becuse of covid even when you were actualy shouting at one worker we still carried on you stopped us from finishing and you knowit cost me thousands there I do wish i had never came to there but i carried on regardless
