Formed in 2008, D+S Builders has many years of experience in the building contractors trade, and provides building services to clients throughout the region. The company is based in Nanpean (St. Austell). No job too small and free estimates are offered.
The business supplies various building materials, including personal preferences. Tailored to requirements, the products are particularly suitable for the home or office and can keep costs down. The products are available from respected suppliers. All rubbish is cleared from site on completion and left tidy.
The company is managed by David who has been focusing on the Building Contractors trade for many years. Having previously worked for many contractors and has references to support this, David is more than able to run the company.

Dave rang with a quote and just got n with the job asked of him, few extras were discovered after quote as garage was on bad neglect, job is completed but Dave is continuing to get me a good price for the door to be fixed

David is not to be trusted! Sadly he took my central heating job BUT he has absolute not competence, pretending all the time at through and made absolutely mess of it. I had questioned how he was doing it and he always reassured that it will be fine! I trusted he was a professional. Unfortunately it was wrong in so many ways! It made my boilers having error and kept use without heating for few weeks last October. Fortunately we had electric heaters but of course that cost us! I accepted to pay the deposit he requested and also pay everyday sometimes as he asked for money. All boiler faults appeared after I had paid everything which was a big mistake. After 2 weeks of struggling, he finally admitted he was not of his competence and ask that I contact a plumber friend of him. This guy came and he could not believe what had been done. He offered to put it right BUT I had to pay for his service. I complained to David and David agreed to pay for this but he did not have the money! As we could not be out of central heating in November, I was forced to agree. David promised he will pay me back in the 2 weeks. Sadly this did not happened, after many messages I managed to get some money but not yet the full amount and never in a regular manner! We are now in July and I am still waiting! I have to keep asking him to make the payment and he keep having excuses! This is unacceptable behaviour and this company should not be able to take job that they cannot do. I am now taking this to trading standard as I cannot see any other resolution despite my patience. It has been 9 months of négociation to get the money I should have never paid for a bad job from unqualified trader.
