Plaster Skimming
Carl Sammut did the job, which was to remove a water damaged section of ceiling and insulation, make good and paint the whole ceiling on completion. He investigated the damage and provided a detailed estimate and guaranteed a fixed price, even though some potential damage was above ceiling level. He turned up promptly on each occasion he visited to carry out the work, having confirmed each visit 24 hours in advance. He provided photographs of each stage – before and after – to check I was satisfied. He cleared up all mess on each occasion, confirmed I was satisfied on completion and took away all the damaged plasterboard and insulation. He asked if he could use his radio and kept the volume down. Overall I was very satisfied with his work and his professionalism and would have him back for any decorating job in future. I would recommend him to any future employer. Top stars.
