    Apply Acrypol to Flat Roof

    We agreed in advance what was needed but 'had' to leave several time to 'get material' despite knowing in advance what the job involves. Moved around the roof for a maximum of an hour, then said I needed several things doing which I clearly did not. Tried to intimidate me to paying them more than what was agreed and only did half of job (supposed to apply 2 coats of roof coating but only did 1, badly). Also made a mess in the flat with paint on the carpet.

    Fix Flat Roof Water Pooling

    Reached out to obtain a quote for repairs. Very prompt response, arranged a visit within a few hours. Offered good price, but when asked for a written quotation as I needed to pass it onto my insurance I was met with abuse and got hung up on. Unacceptable.

    Fix Conservatory Roof Leak

    Work carried out today. Accepted quote for £180. Job carried out quickly.
