Craig contacted me very promptly. I sent him photos of the job and he quoted by return email. I accepted the quote and he started and finished the job within days. All mess cleaned up. Certificate arrived in post few days later. Would I use Craig again? Yes.

Craig was fantastic giving a clear explanation of what I needed to have done and was able to fit the work into my desired timeframe. Would have loved the price to be lower but understand the complexity of the job at hand. He was very accomodating and kept me in the loop at all times. Good friendly customer service. Overall - excellent job.
