Fix Conservatory Roof Leak
I had a leak in my roof and he came on 27th February stating that he had fixed the leak. I paid him and received an invoice which states his work is guaranteed for 7 years. On 1st October when it rained really heavily the leak reappeared and I sent William Buckley a video of the leak, I also rang him and he said that he would come on 4th October to repair the fault. He did not come and when I contacted him he said he forgot. He finally came on 8th October saying that he repaired the leak and if it leaked again for me to contact him and he would return. When it rained heavily again on 14th October the same leak appeared. After numerous phone calls, voicemail messages and text messages he finally agreed to come on Friday 18th October, I sent him messages asking when he would come and he said it would be 1pm. He did not arrive so I rang him at 1.39pm and 3.07pm and left messages on his voicemail and sent him messages. After not being professional and ignoring my messages I sent him another voicemail message yesterday asking him to contact me and he still has not contacted me. I will be contacting the Financial Ombudsman because under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 his service has not been done with reasonable care and skill and after numerous attempts to contact him he has failed to come back to me.

I liked the fact that he was honest in his quote that he sent by email on the same day, On a flat roof refelt on my garage. and didn't try to make the job sound more difficult. Booked a date and all was done without any issues. Sent me photos of what they had done. All rubbish was removed. Highly recommend.

There were several jobs, all completed well and on the same day. All work and materials were of good quality. Can’t be happier and look forward to getting more work done by William and his son. Excellent team with great attitude and reasonable rates.
