Clean and Paint Decking Area
Didn’t clean decking, before starting, stain was splashed everywhere on walls and doors, spilled paint pot on roadway, finished decking complete mess. Taken full payment and refused any refund full or partial. Offered to fix mess but given initial job reluctant to allow his return.

Softwash 2 Story House Exterior
Sam did an excellent job of soft washing the outside of my house, the difference is amazing. Delighted with the results so far. He turned up on time, fully explained the process and gave me regular updates with pictures. Waiting on my guarantee being send . But very happy to endorse this guy. First rate job.

Close Off Chimney at Roof
They arrived one day late than originally planned i-e 31st August instead of 30th August. The miserable part was I requested them to provide me with a receipt/ invoice as I needed to claim the money but despite several requests from Sam didn’t respond at all to my text message and neither provided a guarantee for the work carried out which he promised he will before carrying out the work. They charge £260 for hardly 10 minutes repair. This was something very unprofessional from them.

Crown Roofing SpecialistsHi there, I actually have just noticed this, we were there over 2 hours , £260 is what we charged to re seal leadwork around flu pipe and patch up holes, we kindly explained that the sealed we were using was a fibrous resin sealer, which is £100 per tub, we charged you £160 labour, for the job it was a high roof, with no safety (cat ladder) access as it was a 3 sided roof (gable) You were given the option to opt for a cheaper sealer which would have been a lot cheaper but it wouldn’t have lasted long term! I’m more than happy to send over a receipt if you get back in contact with me thanks.
Repair Gutter, Stop Bedroom Ceiling Leak
Not a trustworthy trader! Had to ask for invoice and was refused! Eventually Got a breakdown: Grossly overcharged for labour £300 for 68 minutes in total on job. They also charged me £60 for petrol to come to the job! £500 paid in total for a small leak at chimney base and a ridge replacement that they apparently found on my roof and needed done immediately! also original job not completed as they wanted another £100 to fix the leaking gutter I originally asked for help with!

Crown Roofing SpecialistsHi there, you were charged fairly, and we were there a lot longer than the 68 minutes you claim, we came the first day to repair your leak which took 3 hours, on a high roof, We came back the second day as we had said to you you’ve got a missing ridge tile and some pointing missing from ridge tiles you were quoted £250, and you asked us to go ahead immediately due to you having stuff stored in the loft and didn’t want any water ingress, You were given a quote for both jobs on separate occasions, why you asked us to go ahead if you weren’t happy to pay, I do not understand, you gladly paid us at the time and showed us a lot of hospitality, Just can’t seem to please.
