Replace Kitchen Window, Remove Conservatory
Terry did amazing job with replacing the kitchen window, The window is really good quality. He also replaced the guttering and soffit at the back of the house. Repointed bricks at the back of the house and took rubbish away that was in garden. The back of the house looks amazing, Terry customer service is excellent. I am so happy with the work he done I plan to use him again to do the front of the house.

Roof repair
This person has ripped us off. He has not done the work. He took our money and told us that he has repaired the two roofs and mentioned he guarantees his work for 15 years. He said we need to wait 7-10 days before the painting. When the painter came after 10 days, he mentioned that the job was not done properly as the painting has not dried. We contacted Terry a few times , he promised to come but never did so. Our two roofs are now leaking again with the heavy rain. Avoid at all costs.

Crown roofingI would appreciate it if you didn’t post negative feedback without stating the facts you were told when we came out to quote the work ideally you needed a new roof but you insisted on repairing by covering them with liquid rubber which did stop the leak what caused you problem is when I left in the bad winds your chimney top fell of and made a hole in your roof which by the way you were advised was falling down by us and multiple other builders so please stop trying to harm my hard earned reputation by posting fabricated stories
Flat roof leak repair
Well please with the job done and the price quote. The only thin is still awaiting the warranty certificate. But sure this will be in the post soon as the job was completed close to the festive season.
