Fix Leak in Pitched Roof
Initial impressions were good, with the team getting in touch very swiftly after we posted the job about our leaky roof. They arrived soon afterwards and diagnosed the issue and proposed to repair it on the spot. The price was a little high, but we were re-assured by the fact we would receive a 6 year guarantee on the works. Unfortunately soon after the repair we had the leak come back even worse (leaving a huge damp patch!), and got in touch to ask for this to be looked into. Initially, we were asked to wait for a couple of weeks due to some issues with the contractor returning to the area. Then, after following up again with several weeks of calls, voicemails and texts, we still hadn't had a visit. After continuing to chase this up over a period of 7 weeks since the repair, we were initially told they were on holiday, and then told there had been a close family bereavement - of course, an understandable reason for being out of contact. However we were then assured of a visit on a new date. We arranged to be at home to wait in for the day. They never showed up. After chasing again, we were told they would 'find out where they were'. Weeks later, we've never heard back, and it feels like the company aren't actually interested in following through on their guarantee of the works. We've now had to enlist the help of another roofer to sort the problem. To avoid similar hassle, I'd recommend avoiding using this company.

Conservatory roof leak repair
Christy from Crestline came around on the same day he contacted me. He along with his colleague started the repair to my conservatory roof. That evening we had a very heavy downpour Christy contacted me to check to see if I still had a leak. There was a small leak which he came the next day to sort. He also gave me some advice about the tiles and put some protective edging on my roof. At all times the job was carried out professionally and in good time. All areas of my garden where they worked we cleared of all debris and left tidy. I would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending Crestline to anyone who needs roof replacement or repairs.
