Cement Render for Concrete Wall
Colin checked out the job and quickly gave me a competitive price. He fitted me in between other jobs to get one wall done as the neighbours wanted the boundary finished as soon as possible. He advised and added mesh to prevent cracking for the same price even though I hadn’t put it in my job quote. He came back to check the job and tidied up. Thank you Colin.

External Rendering
We have a floating canopy cover over our garage and front door. We needed the flat roof replacing to stop rain coming into the house. The canopy fix was done in June 2023 and was wrong initially as the new felt roof was just tacked on top of the old felt roof, with rough ends hanging. We had to request that it be redone. We also wanted the plastic around the canopy replaced as it was old (but not broken). Unfortunately, this was not fitted straight and we had to ask that this be redone. In April 2024, the wind blew a piece of the plastic trim off and we contacted them to ask if they could come round and fix it back on. Initially they said yes, but then ghosted us. My husband is disabled and cannot fix it himself, so we now have to find/pay someone else to fix it. For reference, the previous plastic was there over 15 years, and none of it came off during any storms.

Not an easy job involving two arches but Colin completed it to a very high standard .Reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
