Garage Conversion Screeding
Workmanship very good But, there is a HUGE problem with the language barrier. We agreed a labour only price of £200 for a screeding job (verbally, so yes, partly my fault too for not having this written down) I also had to prove ALL materials and ALL tools. (Including a cement mixer) on job completion, I handed over the £200 but Cosmin got very upset as he said we had agreed £300 Of course, having nothing written to refer back to other than a very confused verbal discussion, I’ve had to fork out a further £100 leaving a very bitter taste. I will not fault the work that Cosmin has done, as he did work very hard today and it seems that he has done a very good job to the new screeded floor. I just felt that it was quite bizarre that I had to provide everything for him. he will do you a good job, but you really must have everything written down, and translated where necessary.

Despite the language barrier, he was professional, very patient and took his time to explain what needed to be done. Job was good and done on time 👍👍👍.
