1) Property Survey by an expert Surveyor
2) Architectural set of drawings
3) Any alterations from your side to the architectural plans.
4) Communication with the planning council till planning application approval.

Consult a builder recently completed our rear dormer loft conversion. In just 8 weeks they’ve fully completed the project, there was a couple delays in the beginning which lead to me to worry a bit but once that was sorted they completed the job quicker then they stated to a high standard. they’ve also came back to do some additional work after final sign off involving fire doors very happy with everything and will recommend
