Job was completed a month ago but I've waited to post the review. Dormer roof repair,since the repair, weather has been atrocious, roof has been bone dry, cracking job. Dave is friendly and talks through every detail that requires attention etc. So you know exactly what's being carried out. Jamie &James who also worked on the roof both excellent too. Top job!

dave arrived as promised to view the job also pointed out that the chimmey had only lead flashing on three sides. scaffolders turned up wednesday, dave started thursday and finished off friday. job done.

Very competitively priced with good communication and excellent service. Not trying to sell something you don't need for extra cash. turned up when supposed to and considered all aspects of the job.

Concrete Base
From the initial quote right through the job I have nothing negative to say. These guys worked non stop from the moment they arrived each day until they left at night. Also the nicest, polite people I've ever met. It was pleasure to have them here. I will genuinely make sure my friends and neighbours are pointed towards CMS for any building jobs.
