Demolish and Remove Old Wooden Decking
CMS Builders responded promptly with a very competitive quote. The skip was delivered and the rubbish was taken away on time. On the day of the works, Craig and his wonderful assistant were very efficient in demolishing the decking, balustrades and beams. The site was left tidy and there were hardly bits of the decking left. Great job which was completed quite quickly.

Brick/Block Paving
CMS Builders worked on our rental property and also our bungalow. Craig & Ben were very pleasant, courteous and trustworthy. They both worked very hard and in a very organised way. They were not loud and just quietly got on with the work. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed, we have already booked them for our next job.

CMS gave a very competitive quote for the job and pointed me to web sites which offered a good range of unusual slabs.They did an excellent installation and the patio has been admired by all who have seen it.The site was left clean and tidy
