I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE AN INDUSTRIAL MACHINE,BUT JUST ONE I COULD HAVE HIRED MYSELF. IT DIDN'T LOOK ANY DIFFERENT AND DID THE SOFAS AND CARPETS IN 4 ROOMS 2 OF WHICH WERE JUST AROUND THE BED AND JUST TOOK JUST UNDER 3 HOURS AT A COST OF £180 .VERY DISAPPOINTED

Clean slate carpet cleaningWe’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with this service. Our machine isn’t one which can be rented. Please see link below. Your carpets were cleaned at 90 degrees. With your partner witnessing the full drum of contaminated water removed from your carpets. I tried my best to remove the pet hair and stains from your four dogs, including hand scrubbing. In regards to cleaning under the double bed we did state in our conversations prior to the job commencing that we are reluctant to move furniture. I feel most contractors would be in the same position. I still feel that £180 was a fair price for two sofas and five rooms. But again am sorry you’re not happy with the finished product. Could you offer any advice how we could improve this service? Regards
