Hello everybody , I’m Connor and I am 30 years old.
Our company CJL Renovations is a leading top mark building firm around north wales where our profile page speaks for itself in images and reviews we are one of and if not the busiest member of this website throughout the Denbighshire / Conwy area , having saying that we do cover a lot further than this. Mainly being in between the Chester-Bangor area along the A55 Expressway.
We offer a service which is always to prioritise our customers over anything and make sure we work with them to make sure they get exactly what they want and have paid for.
Where also on completion of work we are always assured our customers will be happy with our quality and the written guarantee’s we provide.
We thrive of the work we carrie out and our main concerns is always top quality workmanship and customer care.
I myself , Connor , am a joiner / roofer by trade but have been doing almost everything in the building trade since I was very young.

The services we have received are for EWI insulation, rendering, stone panelling, and facias and soffits. From the start, Connor was a very good communicator, regularly speaking throughout the quotation period to ensure our needs were recorded. He was patient with us changing our minds and went out of his way to get samples to us and show us his rendering work on other properties which I found reassuring. He was a good advisor, always giving options to save on costs and he talked us through the process to help us understand the steps. Connor was fair in his quotation and would take responsibility where he'd underestimated labour which he absorbed the costs himself. There were unforeseen obstacles that meant we had to pay extra but this stayed under 10% of the total balance which I think should be expected on jobs like this. All materials where delivered directly to our address and partial payment was only asked for at point of delivery and sometimes directly to the company which again was reassuring. The majority of the work was carried out swiftly within 4 weeks, there was additional time beyond this to fully complete and was mainly due to delay in materials out of his control and underestimated installation of the stone panels but he always came back and kept in contact. He was proactive in finishing details which we didn't think of and we appreciated. The place was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Connor clearly has trusting partnerships with many trading skills that meant he managed the entire job within regulation, safety and value which made it very easy for us as the customer. All paperwork has been provided including certification of warranty. The finished product is amazing and executed to such a high standard and quality, it certainly exceeded our expectations. I'd highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

The quote we received was listed so we knew exactly what was included. Connor arrived on time on the day .All the work was completed to an excellent standard . Connor very neat,tidy and professional will definitely will be calling on him in the future when we need further jobs completing.
