Ive been in construction for nearly 20 years working as a roofer then fixer building flats, school, hospitals and commercial properties. Alan came out exactly when he said he would which is important to me with having pets and being disabled. Very pleasant, came out to view the job at hand first and then brought his tools out. He got on with the job straight away, no problem at all, was very kind through his visit, didn’t want to stop for a refreshment , not because he was rushing, in fact the very opposite. Took his time to sort out the instructions as they were very misleading, but got the job perfectly done then asked me to come wynd the handle to make sure the awning wasn’t too tight or too slack and also because I have arthritis in my fingers to make sure I would manage this myself as I live alone.

Alan was very professional. Well mannered, prompt and tidy. I asked him to hang 3 Roman blinds and fix a light and he delivered on this promise and I am very happy with the standard of work. Would definitely recommend
