Think Carefully about using this company. They completed work for me in March, since then a ridge cap they fitted is hanging off, I have removed 3 buckets full of waste from the gutters of clips, cement from their work, screws and old dropped clamps. The other gutter is also full, but I can’t reach this one. I was charged for gutter cleaning. The TV aerial positioning was changed and no longer works. I have phoned them, and Joe promised they would come out the following Monday or Tuesday, (Mid July) but they were a no show. I phoned again, and everybody’s friend Joe “Sorry Buddy, we were busy, we’ll be out next week”. Since then, my number seems to have been blocked and I can’t contact them. They made a big thing about 5 year guaranteed work, but it seems to be a false promise, think very carefully about having them do work, if there is a problem later they will not honour their guarantee.
