Quick response to request for job, offered a price over the phone and work done that day. Main element of job was for removal of roots, extra cost while on scene for root removal solution to be sprayed. Felt an extra expense to complete the job after it had been agreed.

Garden Clearance
I received a reasonable quote from C & J Roofing (from Joseph)to remove some sandstone rocks from the garden. His communication was good and he and his team fulfilled the brief as requested, all being professional and easy to deal with. My only suggestion would be to make certain what exactly is included in the quote. Admittedly, the number of stones removed were more than I had anticipated (as the pile was deeper than I thought), but at no time until payment was being made was I informed that the cost would be increased. I don't blame Joseph or his team for this. I think he might have been being challenged by a superior in the company which put him in a difficult position, particularly as the whole team had been easy to work with. In spite of this, I would definitely recommend Joseph, working for C&J Roofers, and would certainly employ them again.
