Chimney Capping for Semi-Detached
Hard to judge whether the price was reasonable or not as I only received one quote. However city roofing turned up within the week and completed the required work. It was a chimney capping and repointing job to prevent moderate water ingress including through the ceiling in our son’s room. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I am content that the chimney stack is now bone dry in the heavy rain. As I mentioned before it’s difficult to compare the price however I am more than happy with what I paid for the result the work achieved.

Storm Damage Roof Repair
Firm came and did the job in a timely fashion. However they did seem to be quite costly for the time involved. And we did have to tidy up after they finished.

Roof flashing repair
They did not appear to do very much they were sat in their van for at least an hour of the 2and half hours they were in attendance. Although they said they renewed the flashing, I am fairly certain they did not. We did not see anything taken or removed from the roof. We have also asked for a receipt for the monies paid along with a list of the materials used and the works carried out, neither of which we have received..

Roof Repair
Very happy with Aspect , he came out on the day of my request and was able to perform the repair the very next day. Just what was needed just before Xmas. On top of this Jay followed up with a more comprehensive inspection and further work now planned for early next year to fully correct the problem.

Fencing & Gates - Wooden
Jay has responded and done the job very quick,really appreciated . If it wasn’t for one of the gate’s hinges has sticking out a bit I would have given him an excellent rating, but over all is very good highly recommended
