Toilet Leak Repair or Replacement
Darren from City Plumbers have contacted us for fixing the toilet seat. He communicates well and he gave one year warranty for his work which is good. But we have to give 4 star because of one situation, we agreed for a like to like close coupled toilet. But he fixed a different one, as such a gap occurred between the wall and the cistern, upon enquiring we were told old models were not sold, he put a pipe in the back of it, which looked not great at all, so we have to request to remove it, he responded immediately and rectified the issue by putting a silicon between the cistern and the wall. But the old toilet look was good then this new toilet look with holding of silicon on the back side, but we had to adjust. Not sure how long this silicon will hold. Upon checking, we found that old models of toilet are sold. We were told we will be given the receipt, still waiting for it.
