Fix Faulty Ball Valve in Tank
Chris attended & replaced float valve & also a failed isolator tap showing me the old items & explained the causes of the failure ie lime scale due to living in a hard water area. Work was completed & tested. Whilst here I asked Chris for a quote to replace taps in bathroom sink which he will replace during the coming week. I will have no hesitation in contacting him for any future work which requires attention.

Oil Boiler Servicing Required
Really impressed with the service and the way Chris put himself out to pick up and drop back the keys to the property. Photographs of the condition of the boiler so I was fully informed of the work done. I will definitely use Chris again and highly recommend his services

Replace kitchen sink tap
Chris did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen sink tap. He was punctual, professional, and very efficient in his work. Not only did he complete the installation quickly, but he also ensured everything was cleaned up afterward. The new tap works perfectly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude throughout the process. Highly recommend Chris for any plumbing work.

Shower Pump Replacement or Repair
Chris was very prompt in attending to the plumbing problem and identified the fault. I was impressed that he provided a practical and simple solution to the shower water pressure differential problem. Great communicator too. I am impressed as the absent landlord living in Cornwall. Top man !
