Fix Leaking Toilet Waste Pipe Seal
Asked me if I wanted him to come now. I said yes and he assumed that I would know that means emergency rates. He completed the work without any indication of estinated costs prior and then got angry when I disputed the costs and threatened to rip the part out of the toilet he had put in. Apparently his costs are £125 call put plus £125 for the first hour work (regardless if only 20 minutes) plus cost of parts. None of this was mentioned prior to completing any work. Tried to negotiate £160 which he refused until my brother who is a builder spome to him saying his behaviour isn't standard practice. I would avoid this person.

Cheltenham emergency plumbersNo your brother threatened me i asked you on the phone if the issue could wait till the morning as it was out of hours you asked me to come that night making it an out of hours job for which comes at a premium you said yes i done the job then told me you you wanted it done under £100 which i told you parts alone were £36 so said its not gonna happen you rang your brother who in turn threatened me so i had said forget it i will take my parts back and just go You then offered me £160 or my legs broken so i took the money
