Chapel Lane is a small family business, based in Rotherham, who specialize in refurbishments and conversion projects all over the UK. With over 25 years of experience in property development and improvements, we enjoy changing peoples misconceptions regarding the poor service that the building trade is renowned for. There is nothing with regards to improving your home that is outside of our capabilities, from minor alterations to complete refurbishment packages and extensions, all fully project managed by us using our own in house tradesmen.
In addition we have our own fully equipped workshop manufacturing kitchens, bedrooms, dressing rooms and media walls which adds a valuable string to our already extensive bow.
We pride ourselves on offering only the best levels of customer service and we are not happy unless our client is happy. We will look after your home as you would look after it yourself.
We have all the relevant insurance in place and offer transparency throughout.

I wanted a wheelchair accessible kitchen. Wayne and his staff knew exactly how the kitchen should be designed and what they've produced is not only stunning but the brilliant, accessible design allows me to use the whole of the room. I never thought I'd look forward to washing up: I'm not being dramatic when I say my beautiful new kitchen has changed my life. When I realised how excellent Chapel Lane's work was, I further employed them to lay a new floor throughout my flat. I was astounded that 2 chaps worked tirelessly in the early evenings and completed the flooring over 4 visits. Any waste and rubbish was removed from the site the same day, and my flat was left neat and tidy. Throughout the whole job all the staff were punctual, polite and considerate. I don't usually write reviews of anything but I'd recommend Chapel Lane's work 100%. Frances King

Loft Conversion
The work has been completed to a really good standard. Wayne is honest and genuine as are the guys who work for him and the contractors he uses (plasterers and electric) so I am happy with the work that has been completed and at a price (all included in quote and no sudden extras added) that I am happy with. My only frustration was with how long things took, I really had to push for completion.
