Widely experienced, thought the problems through and resolved them. (It's taken years to find someone capable of doing it: he has both 'gas safe' and 'electrical' qualifications!) Clean and tidy method. Small criticism on timekeeping. Reasonable on price.

Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Lee Taylor is a professional trades person and knew what he was doing to rectify the problem. He also kept me updated regularly as to the status of this job until completion and recommended what actions needs to be taken in future to prevent this problem in future.

Gas Boiler
Lee did not attend site to fix the problem. He sent many text messages asking about the boiler (serial nos, fault codes etc). I spent more time dealing with the boiler and his text messages whilst he was nowhere to be found. He never made time to attend site.

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Fast, efficient and helpful. Lee also kept me updated throughout the whole process by text which as I was unable to be home, was great. Definitely recommend and would use again for our plumbing requirements.
