Communication was initially a bit complicated as Rod was completing another job at the time we began communicating, but once everything was sorted out, all was fine. Rod is very friendly, respectful and polite. His rates are very fair indeed and I have already decided I will use his services again when I am ready. I have also recommended his work to a neighbour.
