I'm really happy with the work Chris did! He put up a tricky garden fence and boxed in some pipes in my bathroom. He did a great job and paid a lot of attention to detail. Plus, he's just a really nice guy. I've saved his contact info, and if I ever need any work done, I’ll definitely call Chris right away. His fees were super reasonable, and I even gave him a tip because I was so pleased. I would totally recommend him! 10/10

Fix Leak in Conservatory Roof
Chris fixed our roof perfectly, we haven't had any issues with it. Since then, he has done numerous jobs for us and has been nothing but professional and helpful and going the extra mile. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to have work done!

Replace Wooden Door with uPVC Door
Although initially the work was good, it has become noticeable over a short period of time that the quality of the door installed is poor, missing security fittings and is poorly installed. I have tried contacting Chris of CAN Electrical and Property Services but after several calls, emails and texts i have had no response. Based on my experience with this contractor I would not recomend this contractor for any type of work.

CAN Electrical and Property ServicesWe have had 2 deaths in the family, and I suffered an injury which has caused a delay in responding and I am really sorry for. I do an excellent job for a reasonable price I have told the customer that I am getting money back from the door supplier and he will get this.

Install 40ft External Hand Rail
Excellent job done quickly and to a high standard. Chris was very clear about how he would undertake the job, explaining any issues that might occur. A clear quote was provided in advance and the invoice was broken down showing all the various costs. Arrived bang on time and cracked on with the job with no fuss. Tidied up afterwards and left us happy and satisfied. Highly recommend..

Fix Kitchen Light Switch Wiring Issue
Christopher was great. Contacted me fairly quickly after posting the job and arranged to contact me next the next day to come over. Fortunately the job was comparatively straight forward and didn't take long, but he kept me informed as to what he was doing as he was doing it.. now it's done it will keep the boss from moaning at me for 5 minutes :D

Install LED Mirror and Extra Socket
Chris was really professional and helpful. He did an amazing job and also was able to help fix some additional problems with the house. He left the house in a really neat state with all the problems resolved. He was really knowledgeable and I am really happy I chose him. Would definitely recommend.
