Pete from camrose heating contacted me the Friday morning after Id posted my job in the early hours. His communication was polite, clear and very professional and so I arranged a visit for that day. Pete kept me updated as to what time he would arrive and was extremely punctual. The issue was diagnosed promptly as was the subsequent repair, he was very knowledgeable, obviously experienced in his field and generous as he took the extra time to explain the problem to me as well as clearing up a few additional questions I had without it affecting the quote for the job. A breath of fresh air to find this calibre of tradesman in these uncertain times.

I realise not everyone is at home all day and wants to be waiting around for an engineer.
