Replace faulty electric shower
Electric shower was installed a while ago (in Dec 2023). Touch wood, it's still working. I was quoted a total price (£430). With hindsight I wish I was given a choice and went for a better make/model. The one I have installed is a Triton T80 Easi-Fit+, which you can buy for about £100 from B&Q. I have three minor but annoying problems with the shower. The first being, if during the shower I switch it off then on again after applying soap/shampoo etc, it runs completely cold for tens of seconds before it gradually comes back to the set temperature. Whereas at the very start of each shower, when it's first switched on, it warms up to the set temperature almost instantly (a couple of seconds). The second problem is more of a cosmetic nature: the temperature nob isn't properly aligned with the indicators (the blue and red arrows), they are misaligned by almost a quarter of a circle. The third problem is that the shower head holder isn't adjustable and isn't very secure. It's hard to tell these problems are a result of workmanship or product design. So overall, I rate the job OK but not great.

Replace kitchen sink and fix tap
Jordan and Nathan came and replaced my sink they were very professional and did a great job They made me feel very comfortable and told me exactly what they were doing as they went along I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jordan and Nathan were great people to deal with. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. They arrived early, checked at every stage that I was happy with what they were doing and cleaned everywhere once they’d finished. Very happy with everything.
