About
I have been working in property maintenance in various capacities for just over 40 years.
I started out as a plumbers mate and then went on to work as a painter and decorator for several years before doing a City and Guilds in Carpentry and much later a City and Guilds in Advanced Tiling.
I mainly do small to medium jobs these days.
I'm a sole trader now after relocating from Central London where I had a successful property maintenance company for many years.
I worked on domestic and commercial properties and employed several tradesmen.
I have multiple refs. on request.
