Buildtechnology LtdGood afternoon Lori firstly I’d like this opportunity to put my side across! Firstly the job took 7 weeks of which the first 3 weeks we had to work round your son which stopped us from progressing with the knock through of the bathroom and kitchen of which as a gd will gesture we paid accommodation for your son to move out so we could progress with the job at substantial cost to our-self’s which was not priced into the job!what you’ve forgot to mention is it was a full refurb including a full re-wire,replaster full house,redecorate full house,lay new flooring throughout,take internal walls out,move bathroom,and fit new kitchen as well as everyone in the knows that in the trade that’s not really achievable in 4 weeks like you thought it should be!plus the fact the first 3 weeks we were delayed as we couldn’t turn anything of as your son was still living there and you decided in your wisdom to withheld the final payment which we’ve never received fully and still we are open to discuss anything to do with the build but you’ve never called to discuss this problem and just decided to put us a shocking review that it totally not the acceptable!if anyone would like to see the finish outcome of this job,I’ve no problem in sending anyone pictures of the job to prove this review is unjustified many thanks everyone build technology.
