With over 20 years of experience in building, loft conversions, and both large and small-scale renovations, I bring expertise and creativity to projects of all sizes.
Most recently, I successfully managed development of ten 2-bedroom apartments, acting as Project Manager to ensure seamless execution and full compliance with regulations.
My responsibilities included securing planning permissions, overseeing health and safety, managing the build from foundations to completion, and resolving post-completion tenant concerns.

General Building and Soundproofing Work
100% recommend Pawel and his team. We had BRL come and quote for sound proofing our semi detached house and removing a window and installing french doors. He had great ideas in how to approach this project, and fantastic knowledge. His quote was very reasonable. The work carried out was to a very high standard, they really care about what they do and we are really impressed with detail. Communication was superb. Incredibly tidy, and the little touches they did were not asked for, but they took the initiative to do, and were really appreciated. Pawel is just a really nice person, who we are already getting to quote for other jobs around the house. Cannot recommend him more highly.

I recently hired Pawel to install a new bathroom in my home (as well as some additional odd-jobs!), and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Building Roofing Landscaping have for many years been my first port of call for repairs and improvements to my home. I find them to take great pride in their work, extremely reliable friendly and pragmatic, as well as being totally trustworthy. Most recently they carried out external repairs to my roof, chimney, guttering and fascia. This was followed up by replacing the front door and repainting the exterior. All work was carried out to complete satisfaction and to a good price.
