Very prompt response. Gave a fair quote and a time later in the day when they would come. Most importantly when they were held up they rang to let me know and gave a revised time. When they came the work was completed quickly and efficiently and the area left clean and tidy.. They were both friendly and professional. No hesitation in recommending them

Great job, fitting toilet, sink and shower. Able to fix and advise on incorrect pipe work to ensure the suite fitted correctly. He did the basic job as required, he responded quickly and attended same day, The only negative was he demanded cash immediately which was not discussed or agreed in advance, he refused to leave without being paid. My brother had to borrow cash from a neighbour to pay him. Left a disappointing impression, Dave West
