Hi, I'm Ryan Bromley. I started life in the family trades on the tools, but turned to academia in my 20's, finishing up a few years back as a corporate project manager. Now in my 30's, I've now gone all in to building works, focusing heavily on extensions and renovations.
I'm local to the Bromley area, and bring a variety of skilled work to the table, including quite literally everything (groundsworks, roofing, tiling, floorings, joinery, window/door fitting, painting and decorating, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen refits, bespoke cabinetry, panelling to name a few), and excluding, bricklaying, plastering, electrical and gas work (especially as the last two are certified). But don't worry, I have my professional and highly skilled trades people that work alongside me for those elements.
I love a long project sink my teeth into, and I love working alongside the client to make sure they know exactly what input and decision points are needed to make sure their vision is achieved, to make sure all costs are budgeted and timeframes are accounted for, and to make sure we all part ways happy - that, is the project manager in me. After having rogue tradespeople work in my own properties, I know the need for proper project management and accountability, hence why I deliver this.
You can have me for as little a project of a bit of panelling, a new tap for a garden hose, a patio or carpet, to the full holistic lifecycle of an extension or conversion planning project and its delivery, achieved via architectural drawings, planning permission success, structural engineering calculations, building control success and building work undertaken by myself and my tradespeople.
Also, a builder is only as good as his own home. So, I'm happy to put my money where my mouth is and have home visits and viewings to my victorian terraced in Bromley for clients to see my work. Equally, I have good relationships with my previous clients, and they are also happy to host viewings on the work I've produced.
