He identified a dangerous situation in my light and gave me an excellent quote which I accepted and he completed the renewal of the light with a superior LED fitting and was courteous, friendly and professional. absolutely fantastic service from Mark. Repaired my essential rise and fall chair on site and charged at a rate which was done as a favour as he didn't want to to see someone suffer with their disability. A credit to your profession, Mark, I can't thank you enough
