Adjust Window Hinge Mechanism for Closure
Window was fixed on the same day as the quote, for a very reasonable price. The cost was clearly broken down and I'm very happy with the result.

Bedroom Wall Damp/Mould Repair
The quality of work completed was very poor and didn't complete everything asagreed. A few things that were agreed were not completed such as changing part of the skirting in the living room. Radiator was fitted with pipes not in the same state as before. A few times we were told that things that they were meant to fo such fitting the pipes at the wall my husband could do it.Drainage outside was also not done property and we had to point things out a few times but still not done properly. We discussed these issues with the company owner and he said that he would come and sort the issues out in one hour on the following Monday, which we didn't feel was appropriate considering the number of times we discussed the issues and were not resolved and we didn't feel an hour would be sufficient. Furthermore they made such a mess while working on my house that I didn't want them back. I was told we would have a contract before starting the work but I never had one and last more important thing, I was told I would receive a damp proofing warranty certificate which again I was told he would bring on the following Monday and never received despite several calls/messages which he never answered. He also brought his son at my house while he was working here whom I had to look after and feed for the whole day. He charged me so much money for a very poor job. Absolutely do not recommend.

BR TAYLOR ROOFING & BUILDINGThis is a complete load of lies your husband was very rude to us we offered to return to do the work but you would not allow us to to you was upset that your radiator pipes where not not sitting against the wall and I told you that this requires pipe clips witch I would come and do and you wouldn't let us you kept asking for money off the job then and you got upset that when your husband done the lawn he blocked the drain and I wouldn't come out to unblock your drain look I have amazing experience with with all of my customers and you are the only one that's ever complained so that says it all really
Chimney Repointing and Sealing
This company were amazing. BR Taylor Roofing & Building came out to quote for the Chimney repair and completed the work the next day. Talked me through what needed doing polite honest and punctual. Can't recommend this company enough. Will use for any other work in the future . Absolute first class tradesmen.

Garage Roof Leak Repair
very good, worked really hard, then came back in nice weather and inspected, so were rebooked for another job.

Internal Renovation / Reconfiguration
B R Taylor Roofing and Building were very reliable and did a good job capping our soil pipe and replacing a section. Unfortunately the guttering was dislodged during the repair, but I am confident they will return to repair the damage.
