Fix Leak in Second Floor Bedroom Ceiling
Turned up on time and was able to do the job straight away. Invoice and grantee sent via email later that day. So far very happy with work problem seems to be resolved although hasn’t rained since to check that’s the only reason for not 5 stars which in truth reflects more on my cautiousness rather than Ian’s work

Repair Guttering and Inspect Chimney Stack
Ian and his guys turned up bang on time and already equipped to do the required works. Did a survey of the job and provided me with a video which showed me exactly what I needed to see. Ian's assessment of the required works matched mine exactly (no imaginary expensive problems). Gave me a quote I was happy with, I gave him the go ahead and off they went and did the job there and then. Ian provided me with the "after" video showing the completed works which was as we agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian's Property Services.

came to do a repair on a roof that leaked. as soon as it rained it leaked. said he would come back but after numerous emails phone calls he never did

Repair Sagging and Dislodged Gutter
Attended and completed the jobs in a jiffy and fixed another sagging gutter I didn’t noticed. There was a light drizzle but they work through. Pleasant.

Fix Leak on Flat Bay Window Roof
Gave a quote and did the job same day, job Is satisfactory except for one small area isn’t satisfactory, have been trying to contact as he promised to email guarantee and receipt which I have not received. I have called several times and he is not answering.
